The QPI team is headed by director Lee Walker, who has held a full real estate licence since 1975 and has a continuing record achievement in property agency, consultancy and development.
Through all market cycles Lee has delivered sales and real property products that met or exceeded client expectations.
Since 1995 he has consulted to some of Australia's largest property developers on matters of market research, design and marketing of high-rise units, commercial and industrial projects as well as residential subdivisions.
He has accurately and consistently identified niche markets and areas of emerging growth and has taken many high -profile properties from inception to the last sale.
QPI projects include subdivisions, retirement villages & strata conversions in urban and rural locations, including Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Caboolture, Rockhampton, Childers, Yeppoon, Toowoomba and Hervey Bay.
All development team members are experienced and highly skilled in research, interpretation, feasibility analysis, cost control and project management.
